Released 25 years ago today. The EP has an !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! behind it, and contains probably one of my favorite Alice in Chains songs (Nutshell).
I’ll certainly be giving my copy a listen today.

Released at the hight of the grunge scene and I was a wee lad of 25.
Didn’t know the backstory on this. Neat, it’s easily my favorite album from them

16 year old me was at the local record store buying a Testament or Flotsam and Jetsam tape (can’t remember) and there was a 3 song sampler for $.99 at the register so why not . It was 3 songs from Facelift and I was hooked. When the album released I grabbed it and the rest, as they say, is history. It’s probably why I can’t remember what I went there that day because I wore that 3 song sampler out .
Thanks for the interesting read on Jar. One of my favorite parts is it’s good front to back, amazing that’s 7 days of completely new music. Rotten Apple is probably my favorite song, along with Nutshell.
